By the Interim application No. 2744 of 2021 the applicants seek to bring the legal heirs of Petitioner No.1 as well as of Respondent No. 6 on record. Respondent No. 6 was original Defendant No. 4 and for effective adjudication of the dispute between the parties, presence of the legal heirs of Defendant No. 4 is Y.S.Patil

For the reasons stated above, Interim Application No. 2755 of 2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The applicants shall be permitted to effect the amendment in the title clause of the Petition by bringing the legal heirs of the Petitioner No. 1 on record and also by substituting the Respondent No. 6 with his legal heirs. The necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today.

For the very same reason, Interim Application No. 2749 of 2021, is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The said amendment is also permitted to be incorporated in the body of the Petition within a period of one week from today. 4.

Both Interim Application Nos. 2755 of 2021 and 2749 of 2021 are disposed of.
