Heard Mr. Nevshe, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent. Both the learned Advocates state that the Applicant and the Respondent have decided to settle the dispute and cohabit together. They have filed two sets of Consent Terms verified by the Applicant and the Respondent. Same are taken on record and marked as 'X1' and '

X2' for identification. Both the learned Advocates state that the proceedings filed against each other will be withdrawn within a period of one month or if necessary proceedings to quash the same shall be filed. However, the same
