By this Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, the petitioner challenges the order dated 22.8.2012 passed by Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal in Tenancy Revision Applications No.132/B/2012 and 265/B/2012 and order dated 29.3.2012 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Mumbai Suburban District in DLN/TNC/A-1/2012. The learned Counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that earlier two petitions were filed Mohite 1/2

524 wp8661-17 before this court challenging the same impugned order dated 22.8.2012 passed by Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai in the said Revision Applications. He submits that Writ Petition No.4675 of 2014 Ravindra Babu Dhodi and Others vs. Motibhai N. Patel & Ors. and Writ Petition No.11337 of 2013 Smt.Manjula Babu Dhodi & Ors. vs. Shri Motibai N. Patel & Ors. stand rejected by this court by order dated 6.5.2014 and 18.12.2013 respectively. He submits that in view of these facts, present Writ Petition is required to be dismissed. Heard both the sides.

In the present proceeding, issue raised by the Petitioner is already covered by the earlier two orders dated 6.5.2014 and 18.12.2013 passed by this court in Writ Petitions as stated hereinabove. In view thereof, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.

Writ Petition stands rejected.
