As per the oral directions of this Court on the last date, the wife of the Petitioner, Mrs.Celeen Joseph is present before the Court. We have interviewed her. She states that in view of the conduct of the Petitioner, she is not interested in staying with him. The Petitioner has identified his wife Mrs.Celeen Joseph. Inasmuch as, it cannot be said that Mrs.Celeen has been detained unlawfully and it is on her accord that she does not want to stay with the Petitioner, this Petition seeking writ habeas corpus cannot be entertained.

Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed.
