Heard. This Application is made by the Official Liquidator seeking permission to join them as a party Appellant in place of the Appellant Mantri Realty Ltd. (Formerly known as Sunil Mantry Realty Ltd. - Provisional Liquidation).

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the advocate for the Respondent has no objection, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

a.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) That the Application for the amendment as per schedule may be allowed."

b.

The Applicant to carry out amendment within a week from today.

c.
