Heard. This Application is made by the Official Liquidator seeking permission to join them as a party Applicant in place of the Appellant Mantri Realty Ltd. (Formerly known as Sunil Mantry Realty Ltd. ­ Provisional Liquidation).

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the advocate for the Respondent has no objection, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

a.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) That the Application for the amendment as per schedule may be allowed and Applicant may be permitted to carry out the amendment accordingly in the original Civil Application No.731 of 2013."

b.

The Applicant to carry out amendment within a week from today.

c.
