By the above Interim Application, the Applicants seek to carry out amendments to the Writ Petition in terms of the Schedule annexed to the Interim Application. For reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed. The Advocate for Applicants shall carry out amendments to the Writ Petition in terms of the Schedule annexed thereto, within a period of one week from today. A copy of the amended Petition shall thereafter, be forthwith served on the Advocates for the Respondents, who shall be at liberty to file their Reply within a period of two weeks thereafter. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Interim Application is disposed of accordingly.
