Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that right to sue survives to the legal representatives of the deceased whose names are mentioned in the schedule annexed with the application. 4.

Application is allowed. Necessary amendment shall be carried out in the writ petition within one week from today. After carrying out the amendment, amended copies of the petition be furnished to the respondents.
