Ms. Cox, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, stated that the respondent No.2 is a formal party, and therefore, seeks leave to delete the name of the said respondent. Leave as prayed for, is granted. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today.

The parties settled their dispute amicably and have entered into consent terms dated 15th April, 2019. The consent terms is signed by the Secretary of the petitioner, the concerned workman- Deepak Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

501 wp 9404.18.doc Narkande and authorized signatory of the respondent No.1 along with their respective counsel. The consent terms is accordingly taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Secretary of the petitioner, the concerned workman-Deepak Narkande as well as the authorized signatory of the respondent No.1 are present before the Court. On being questioned, they specifically stated that they have gone through the consent terms and have fully understood the contents of the same, and have no objection if the petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
