None appeared for the Petitioners on 23rd November, 2022, pursuant to which, the matter was kept today, i.e. 25th November, 2022. Even today, none appears for the Petitioner. 2.

Learned APP on instructions of PSI Satpute states that the police have filed "B" summary report in the said case i.e. in C.R. No. 236 of 2021 registered with the Vishrantwadi Police Station, Pune at Talwalkar 1/2 This order is modified as per the speaking to the minutes of the order dated 1/12/2022.

Learned APP has tendered a report of the PSI L.R. Satpute, Vashrantiwadi Police Station dated 23rd November, 2022, evidencing the same. The said report is taken on record. 4.

In view of the filing of the "B" summary report, nothing survives for further consideration, in the aforesaid Petition. The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state that it is always open for the Petitioners to file a fresh application/petition, if the occasion, so arises. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petition, and have disposed of the Petition, only having regard to the statement made by the learned APP, that the police have filed "B" summary report in the said case.
