Heard Mr.Khan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Dahibawkar, learned Counsel for the respondent. Mr.Khan states that the petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of his Driving Licence, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr.Khan states that during pendency of the petition, parties have amicably settled the controversy. Mr. Dahibawkar confirms this fact. Mr.Khan upon taking instructions from the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Mr. Dahibawkar has no objection.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr.Khan, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
