Vs. Municipal Corp. of Mumbai & Anr. by which, the proceedings of the present petition were transferred to the Supreme Court. Our attention is also invited to an order dated 26th March, 2012, passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court, referring to the said order passed by the Supreme Court.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners informs that the proceedings are already decided by the Supreme Court. She, thus, submits that the petition is required to be shown as disposed of. 3.
