P. C.:
1.
Learned counsel for the contemnor appeared. She states that in terms of the order passed by this Court on 12.9.2013 suit premises are vacated on 14.12.2015. 2.
In the affidavit filed, the contemnor has stated the reason why the suit premises were not vacated within the time granted by this Court. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that contemnor was not keeping well and further due to grave financial crisis the contemnor was constrained to reside in the premises. She invited my attention to the affidavit filed on behalf of the contemnor. The premises in question have been
Pradnya Bhogale 2 15 cp 499-15 .doc vacated since then. She has also tendered her unconditional apology to this Court.
3.
In my opinion, the unconditional apology deserves to be accepted as the same appears to be bonafide. The contemnor is discharged of the contempt notice.
4.
The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
