The learned counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Saraogi states that the Petitioner is ready to accompany the police to her matrimonial residence for the purpose of search on such date and time as would be intimated by the Police. Statement accepted.

The Investigating Officer PSI Mrs. Sarika More, Malad Police Station, to accordingly intimate the Petitioner the date and time of search. If the Petitioner does not remain present, the same would be at her own peril.

wp.2738.17.7.doc Prima facie, at this stage, we do not find anything to suggest that there is inaction on the part of the Police, especially having regard to the letter dated 18th November 2017 addressed by the Petitioner to the Senior Inspector of Police Station.
