The applicant claims that the age of the victim at the time of registration of the offence was 19 years, 7 months and 21 days and hence, the entire prosecution is void. Today, we have rejected his application for release on bail. In view of that order passed on Criminal Application No.530 of 2019, we find the present application is misconceived and hence, the same is rejected.
