We have heard Mr.Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Vyas, learned counsel for the respondents. Having perused the averments as made in the petition as also the documents by PRACHI PRANESH NANDIWADEKAR Date: 2023.08.10 12:15:10 +0530 PRACHI PRANESH NANDIWADEKAR annexed to the petition, we are of the opinion that it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to pursue the matter before the appropriate authority.

The Additional Collector has called for certain documents to be produced by the petitioner and the matter is pending before the said authority. All contentions of the petitioner to pursue a Civil Suit are expressly kept open.
