Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

The Contempt Petition is moved on the premise that the Respondents have changed the status quo during the pendency of the Petition No.632 of 2010. The said Petition is filed assailing the order of the Industrial Court dated 31 October 2009. In the said Petition on 20 April, 2010 notice was issued and made returnable on 13 July 2010. The Court had made it clear that there shall be no interim relief. 3.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the event the Petitioners succeed in the Writ Petition,there would be impediments in implementing of the order as the property of the Company has been sold. 4.

All these issues can be considered in the Writ Petition and appropriate SSP 1/2

32 cp 588 OF 2022.doc orders can be passed to ensure the enforcement of the order which the Court may ultimately pass. There is no case for considering the Contempt Petition in the intervening period.

Hence, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed. 6.
