These applications were filed for transfer of Writ Petition Nos. 3713 of 2007, 2417 of 2007, 1869 of 2002 and 2882 of 1994 from Nagpur Bench to the Principal Seat at Bombay for hearing them along with Writ Petition Nos. 1053 of 2002 and 1257 of 2002. 2.

The learned A.G.P. states that both the above Writ Petition Nos. 1053 of 2002 and 1257 of 2002 have been disposed of by the Principal Seat at Bombay by a judgment dated 6 May 2011. 3.

In view of the above statement, the applications for transfer are not required to be entertained as the judgment dated 6 May 2011 of the Principal Seat at Bombay can be placed before the Nagpur Bench.
