By this Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, the petitioner challenges the order dated 25.4.2017 passed by learned SubDivisional Officer in RTS Appeal No.35 of 2016 and order dated 29.6.2017 passed by learned Additional Collector in RTS Appeal No.60 of 2017. The learned Counsel for the respondent Mohite 1/2

523 wp8391-17 nos.2 and 3 raised preliminary objection about maintainability of the present Writ Petition. He submits that alternate efficacious remedy is available to the Petitioner. Hence, there is no substance in entertaining the present Writ Petition. At this stage, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding along with application for interim relief. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for its identification. Same is accepted.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
