By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 09 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 22/11/2011 passed by the Member, MACT, Mumbai in Application No.2112/2002.

The learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5 has given no objection for condoning the delay. The respondent no.6 has not contested the proceedings despite due service. In view of the statement given by the learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5 and considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned subject to removal of office objections, if any. Appeal be listed for admission on 18/11/2019.
