Mr. Sathe, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that as recorded in the order dated 6/11/2023 the matter was disposed of. However it is kept today only for the purpose of deciding whether the access of the child can be given for one day during Diwali vacation. He submits that the Respondent-wife is free to take access of the child and only the address at which access can be taken will be provided to her after the date is communicated to him.
