In Crime No. 439 of 2016 punishable under Sections 302, 504 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code the Applicant was arrested on 17/6/2016 and was chargesheeted.

The allegations against the present Applicant is of causing murder of his own 88 years old mother which was witnessed by his two sisters namely, Snehalata i.e. complainant and Anjalin. There is sufficient material on record to indicate the direct involvement of the Applicant in the crime in question including that of postmortem report and other documentary evidence.

As such, no case for bail is made out. The Criminal Bail Application is rejected.
