This Writ Petition is filed landlord challenging the concurrent findings recorded by the Civil Judge Junior Division and as confirmed by the District Court, Thane. 2.

The eviction suit filed by the Petitioner-Landlord on the grounds of arrears of rent, permanent addition and alteration, change of user, bona fide requirement and tenant acquiring the suitable accommodation, was dismissed so also an appeal filed against the dismissal of the suit, was dismissed. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is filed by the original Plaintiff-Landlord. 3.

On the last occasion i.e. on 12 February 2024, none appeared for the Petitioner. Even today when the matter was called ADN
