The learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the arrears are to the tune of Rs. 3,90,000/-. Upon instructions, he fairly agrees to deposit 50% of the amount within 3 weeks from today. He has shown his willingness to deposit 50% of the arrears in two installments; frst installment to be paid within 3 weeks and the second installment to be paid in the next 3 weeks in this Court.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has shown his bonafde, the delay of 204 days in presenting Talwalkar

25.appr345.18.doc present revision application stands condoned in the interest of justice.

It is also made clear that upon depositing the amount, the warrants issued by the Family Court will stand stayed. The application seeking condonation of delay is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
