This petition is filed for following relief :- (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ and to order and direct to the Oshiwara Police Station i.e. the respondent no.2 to add the name of the respondent no.4 i.e. Mr. Sahid Mohammed Khan, in the FIR No.303 of 2015 as the co-accused therein and to impose the Sections 324, 506(II) and 456 and other appropriate Sections of IPC, 1908 therein. Mrs. Mhatre, learned APP makes a statement that in pursuance of the additional supplementary statement of the petitioner, respondent no.4 is arrayed as accused in C.R. No.303 of 2015 and Sections 324, 506 (II), 456 of the IPC are also added. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement, grievance of the petitioner no more survives. The Writ Petition has rendered infrucutous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
