1] By an Order dated 9th July 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to report to the concerned Police Station as and when called for, to cooperate in the process of investigation. 2] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned PP. Perused the record of investigation.

3] Applicant is the wife of principal-accused Prashant Shrivastav. The allegation against the applicant is that, after coming to the knowledge about relationship between the informant and her husband Prashant Shrivastav, she started black-mailing informant and asked her to sale illegal pills for abortion and was earning profit thereon. The applicant has no 1/2

aba.1333-2018.doc direct role to play as alleged against the principal accused Prashant Shrivastav as contemplated under section 376 or 351 of Indian Penal Code. 4] In view of the above, interim relief granted by Order dated 9th July 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
