This Civil Application seeks to set aside order dated 28th March, 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dismissing the writ petition for not supplying copies of the petition for service upon the respondents with the time stipulated.

We have perused the civil application and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for not complying with the orders of this

In the above view, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the Revenue states that the Revenue has already filed the reply to the petition and he waives service of the petition.
