The petition is filed seeking following relief. (a) That this Hon'ble Court by a writ, order or direction be pleased to direct the respondents to file charge-sheet in C.R. No.67 of 2013 registered on 23.08.2013 by the Igatpuri Police Station on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit.

Learned APP having taken instructions from the concerned officer makes a statement that charge-sheet in respect of C.R. No.67 of 2013 registered with Igatpuri Police Station is already filed before the learned J.M.F.C., Igatpuri in R.C.C. No.19 of 2015 on 28th January, 2015. Statement is accepted. 3.

In view of the statement, relief claimed in the petition has become infructuous.
