Leave to amend the application, so as to delete applicant nos.2 and 3, is granted. Amendment be effected forthwith.

This is an application for relaxing Condition No.4 of the order dated 14th January 2015 by which the applicant/accused was directed to be released on bail. The applicant/accused is avk 1/3

convicted of the offence punishable under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 1 year apart from imposition of fine of Rs.2,000/- and default sentence. While releasing him on bail by order dated 14th January 2015, this court has directed him to report to the concerned court once in six months on the date specified by the concerned court.

By this application, the applicant/accused is praying for relaxing Condition No.4 of the order dated 14th January 2015 passed in Criminal Application No.21 of 2015 in Criminal Appeal No.48 of 2015 by granting him extension of 1 year from 10th July 2018 to stay in the United States of America. Heard both sides.

It is seen that the applicant/accused is working with Wipro Technologies Limited and is stationed at United States of America. Therefore, he is unable to come back to India for a avk 2/3

period of one year from 10th July 2018. In this view of the matter, the condition of attending the concerned court once in six months on the date specified by the concerned court is relaxed for a period of one year from 10th July 2018. However, the applicant/accused to inform the Investigating Officer regarding change of his residential address, telephone number, email-id etc. The application is accordingly disposed of.
