The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of Respondent No.1 on record. The office note indicates that one of the heirs of the Respondent No.1 i.e. the Respondent No.1(b) has expired sometime in the year 2003. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1(a) who is the heir of the Respondent No.1 and his son states that though the Respondent No.1(b) has expired the Respondent No.1(a) is the only heir of the Respondent No.1 and the Respondent No.1(b) and he states that he has instructions to appear for the Respondent No.1(a) and would be filing his Vakalatnama within one BGP.
