No.6 of 2015 registered with Silvassa Police Station, Silvassa has culminated into Sessions Case No.7 of 2018. That, in the said case, prosecution as of today has examined 4 witnesses and the trial is in progress.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
