DATED : 26th JULY, 2022 P.C:- In the wake of the accusation faced by the applicant, the learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, state that he do not desire to have custodial interrogation of the applicant and suffice his purpose if he report to the police station and render his co-operation to the investigation in progress.

In the wake of the aforesaid statement, the following order is passed :- Tilak

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Iliyas Yusuf Hafizi in connection of C.R.No.495 of 2022 registered with Goregaon police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the concerned police station on 1st and 2nd August 2022 between 2.00 pm to 5.00 p.m, and thereafter as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
