P.C. :- 1] The amount involved in this appeal is Rs.2737/- including the amount of solatium. Learned counsel for the respondents states that this amount has already been withdrawn. The appeal relates to the year 2001. Considering the quantum of compensation, there is no necessity to admit this appeal and accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, it is clarified that the rate determined in the impugned order may not be taken as having been approved by this court, merely because the present appeal is not being entertained. 2] With the aforesaid observation, this appeal is dismissed.
