The Civil Application has been taken out by the Applicant seeking the following reliefs.
"(a) That the abatement Order as against Respondent Nos.1 and 5 passed by Registrar(J) dated 10.09.2014 may be recalled.
(b) The Petitioner may be permitted to serve unserved Respondent Nos.1 and 5 on the fresh address as mentioned in the cause title, in alternative
