By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 2 years and 294 days in filing the first appeal. The reasons for delay are sufficiently explained in paragraphs 3 to 5 of the civil application. The respondent also has filed a separate appeal being First Appeal (Stamp) No.32303 of 2015. Delay in filing the first appeal is condoned. The civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). If there are any objections, the same shall be removed within two weeks from today.
