DATED : 11th AUGUST 2022 P.C:- By the present application, the applicant seek exemption from the condition of reporting to the police station imposed upon him while he was released on bail. By order dated 22/10/2018, the applicant was released on bail and he was directed to report to the police once in a month. The order was subsequently modified on 28/6/2019 and he was directed to report to Oshiwara police station once on first Saturday of every alternate month till conclusion of he trial. The applicant state that he is an actor by profession and since he regularly attended the police station, he shall be Tilak

His submission is that the Special Court is seized of the matter and the charge is likely to be framed. The learned APP Mr.Gavand dispute the statement that the applicant was regular in reporting to the Investigating Officer. In any case, since the applicant is facing charge u/s.9 and 12 of the POCSO Act, along with relevant Sections under the IPC and till date, charge is not framed. He shall continue to report to the police station on first Monday of trimester between 10 am to 12 noon till framing of charge.
Thereafter, this order shall be brought to the notice of the Court and the Court by ensuring his attendance before the trial Court, may relax the said condition of the applicant. With the above direction, application is disposed off. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Tilak
