The above Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to DRT-2, TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO Mumbai to expeditiously dispose of Securitisation Application No. 257 TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO Date: 2023.08.01 15:38:54 +0530 of 2017 along with any Interlocutory Application filed therein, within a time limit fixed by this Court.

Under normal circumstances, we would not have entertained this Writ Petition at all. However, in the facts of this case, we find that qua the Bank's dues of approximately Rs. 13.57 crores [as on 4th July, 2023], JULY 31, 2023 Shubham Talle

16-WP-9248-2023.doc the borrower has obtained a stay by depositing a measely sum of Rs 1 Crore.

Considering these peculiar circumstances, we request DRT-2, Mumbai to decide Securitisation Application No. 257 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 4 months from today.

The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
