The learned counsel appearing for the original applicants submitted that she needs the order of the Court allowing the original applicants to withdraw the amount of compensation which is deposited by the insurance company. She submitted that in absence of the specific order of allowing withdrawal of the amount, registry is not allowing to withdraw the amount. Hence, she seeks speaking to minutes.
