It is informed that claim filed by the Petitioner with the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee in the year 2005 is still pending and no decision has yet been taken. In the circumstances, we direct Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to take decision in respect of caste validation proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from today. Petitioner to appear before the scrutiny committee on 20/8/2018 and as such no separate notice by Rajeshwari Subodh Karve Date:
