Heard Mr. Ashutosh Hasija i/b. Mr. Sachin S. Punde, learned counsel for the Applicants and Mr. N. B. Patil, learned AGP for the Respondent-State.

It appears that there is delay of only 7 days. Even though, learned AGP appearing for the State opposed to condone the delay, by looking to small volume of delay, it needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence the following order;
