Learned APP points out that grievance which should have been made individually appears to have been raised in a representative petition by an Association.

We find that the petitioners are seeking order to restrain State Government and police to interfere and take any action in their practice of electro homeopathy, naturopathy or BAMS with legal education degrees.

We find substance in the contention that cognizance of such a grievance cannot be taken in present petition. As and Talwalkar

44.wp2979.15.doc when any action is taken against any such person, he can produce relevant documents and establish his credentials. We therefore, dismiss this petition.
