Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation of condition no.(ii) of para 5, imposed by this Court vide order dated 4th June, 2019, inasmuch as, it directs the applicant to furnish P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, with one or more local sureties in the like amount.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the resident of Pune and as such is unable to give local sureties from Mumbai, and as such seeks relaxation of the said condition no.(ii) of para 5.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The Applicant shall now furnish P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount. Time to furnish sureties is extended by a period of four weeks from today. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 4th June, 2019, to remain as it is. 5.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 6.
