The petition impugns an award in Reference IDA No.55 of 1991 dated 8th May, 2000 when the Rule was issued, stay of the impugned order was declined as a result the respondent no.1 was continued in services. Subsequently, it appears that pursuant to Government Resolution dated 7th September, 2001 the respondent no.1 was reinstated in services. 2.

Learned AGP relies upon an additional affidavit of Mr.Vasant Mansaram Ingale, Sub-Divisional Officer, Irrigation Department, Malegaon dated 10th July, 2017 to that effect and submits that the petition has now become infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is disposed. (A.K. MENON,J.) 1/1
