DATED : 2nd AUGUST 2022 P.C:- By order dated 7/7/2022, the applicant who was arraigned as accused in C.R.No. 235/2022 came to be released on bail subject to certain stipulations. The applicant is seeking modification of one of it's conditions being, condition no.(2), which directed his release on bail on executing P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two surety/sureties in the like amount. The learned counsel for the applicant submit that it has become difficult for him to arrange the sureties of Rs.50,000/-, since the Court has directed it to be submitted by Tilak

2/2 909 APPLN 235-22 modified.doc one or two sureties. The only relaxation he seek, it should be one or more sureties, on account of financial and practical constraints faced by him to arrange for the sureties.

The learned counsel for the complainant has vehemently opposed the application. I do not find any impediment in modifying the said condition by directing the applicant to furnish one or more sureties in the amount of Rs.50,000/-.

Condition no.(2) in the order dated 7/7/2022 stand modified to that extent. Other conditions of bail remain unchanged and will be binding upon the applicant. Application is disposed off.
