By this First Appeal, the appellant is challenging Judgment and Award dated 22/04/2016 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag in Land Acquisition Reference No. 374 of 2000 holding that the respondents - original claimants are entitled a sum of Rs. 78,88,065/- by way of additional compensation in respect of acquired land.

Considering the submissions made by learned AGP for the appellant and impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied that appellant has made out a case for the following order.

O R D E R i) Admit.

ii) Printing is dispensed with.

iii) The appellant to file private paper-book within one year from today with copy to other side, failing which First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
