1] This is an application for intervention by the Association of whom the original complainant namely Smt. Smita Joshi and Mr. Dharmaraj Avad are the members. It appears that, on the basis of complaint filed by the members of the Applicant Association, the Hon'ble Lokayukt, Maharashtra by its Order dated 13.11.2017 was pleased to direct the respondent No.1 herein to conduct an enquiry in the said complaint. It further appears that, the impugned Order dated 13.11.2017 was passed by the respondent No.1 after hearing the said members of 1/2

2] It further appears that, the petitioner has not impleaded the Applicant-Association as necessary party respondent. In view thereof, the present Application of the applicants deserves to be allowed and is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause 14(i).

3] Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 10643 of 2018 is directed to implead the Applicant-Association are respondent No.3. Amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today and an amended copy of the petition be served upon the learned Advocate for the newly added respondent No.3 within same stipulated period.
