Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, has invited my attention to an affdavit fled by her on 16/09/2021 wherein it is stated that during the pendency of the present application seeking transfer of proceedings, the parties have amicably settled the dispute and the petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act has been fled for divorce by mutual consent. The said affdavit is tagged alongwith the application at page 49.

In the wake of the aforesaid development, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted to withdraw the application and stands disposed of as such.
