Nobody for the Petitioner. Learned APP appears for the Respondent/State. Our attention is invited to order dated 26/4/2017. That order shows previous litigation between parties and the fact that victims were not then before the Court. After the victims were impleaded, the Court found that there was no settlement brought before it. Affidavit dated 24/11/2016 allegedly of the victim was found not satisfactory. In view of this finding, the Court has proceeded to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution.

Today also there is no appearance for the applicant. We therefore dismiss the application.
