Heard. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the present Revision Application challenging the order dated 23.1.2015 passed by the Special Court thereby refusing to issue directions under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. There is a delay of 75 days. 2.

For the reasons assigned in the said application, the delay deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed in term of prayer clause (a). Application stands disposed of. 3.
