The applicant was enlarged on interim bail on the medical grounds by the Sessions Court for the period of 4 weeks. At the end of the 4th week, the applicant surrendered. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant still needs a continuation of the order of enlargement of interim bail as his medical condition has not improved and is the same as that when he was enlarged earlier on interim bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that an 1/2

However, there is nothing on record to indicate that such an application is made except for submitting that an oral application is made.

In such circumstances, I am of the opinion that the applicant may make a proper application to the Sessions Court enlargment on interim bail on the medical ground which application shall undoubtedly be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Needless to mention if such an application is made the Sessions Court will hear it expeditiously on its own merits. 6.
